KK BEAUTY POLICY
Please read the following policy below prior to booking with KK Beauty.
Please, due to Covid-19, arrive with a mask to your appointment. You will be required to wear it the entire time of service.
If you are feeling sick, please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your service.

Please use the restroom prior to your appointment.

No extra guests are allowed at your appointment, whether it be nails or lashes. This means no extra guest nor children. I will cancel your appointment if you come with extras guests.
Please be on time. There is a late fee applied after your 10 minute grace period, with a $25 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and you will have to rebook with a new deposit.

If you do a 'no call/no show', you are automatically banned from booking any further services with KK Beauty and you will be charged the full price of your service.

There is a 65$ non refundable /transferable deposit which goes towards the total cost of your service - meaning if you have to cancel for whatever reason, a new deposit has to be made. All remaining balances are to be paid in cash, no exceptions.

If you unlink your card, your appointment will automatically be canceled.

- Please have your phones on silent or vibrate whatever you choose as your phone should not be used during this time.
​
Please, arrive with a fresh, clean face to your lash appointment. No mascara or lash glue residue. A 20$ face wash fee will be added to your service.
​
Please do not book if you had/have any allergies to lash extension adhesive.
​
Avoid caffeine prior to your lash appointment. Please, no chewing gum/food during your appointment.
​
If you book your fill-in at your appointment, you will receive 10 percent off your next set!

The KK Beauty squeeze in fee is $50.
​
Please be mindful to book with the correct phone number. Our address details will only be texted to the number on file.
Typically my lash services take anywhere from 2 hours to 2.5 hours so if you don't have the time, do not book. I WILL NOT BE RUSHED.
If you have to leave for whatever reason during your session you will be charged full price, even if I did not finish.
Any foriegn fills/work overs will be subjected to a $35 fee.
NO SPARSE THIN LASHES. If you show up to your appointment and I am unable to service you, you will not be refunded the deposit for the amount of the service if you prepaid.
A 10$ fee will be charged if I, KK Beauty, have to make any type of changes to appointment within 24 hours of the service.
